Return and refund
HOW TO RETURN?
With us, you always have an open purchase and free returns within 14 days. Remember that all tags and original packaging must be attached when you return the unused item. If you follow the steps below, you get a FREE return.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
When using our return code, NOK 69 is added in shipping for domestic purchases and NOK 149 in shipping for purchases abroad. Return shipping is not invoiced for exchanges within the cancellation period, or for complaints.
EXCHANGE
If you choose to change the item to a different size or colour, we can do this easily. We change the size or color at the same price as the original order so that there is no new payment settlement.
We cannot exchange for intermediate goods, so if you want a more expensive item, please order this and we will refund your return. If the desired size is not available, you will be refunded for the item unless otherwise specified in the comments field on the return label. You can find the current assortment on our website.
RETURN
Norway
- Fill in the cancellation form and state the reason for the return. Right of withdrawal form can be found here
- Place the right of withdrawal form together with what you are returning. Feel free to reuse the packaging you received from us or use other tight packaging.
- Print the return slip and attach it to the outside of the package. The return slip can be downloaded here
- Use the return code: evrywear (lower case)
- Deliver the package to the nearest PostNord delivery point (NOT Posten Norge). We charge you for the return fee of NOK 69 when we receive the package from you. This does not apply to complaints and exchanges within the cancellation period.

Abroad
- Fill in the cancellation form and state the reason for the return. Right of withdrawal form can be found here
- Place the right of withdrawal form together with what you are returning. Feel free to reuse the packaging you received from us or use other tight packaging.
- Attach the sent return slip to the package.
- Fill in the attached proforma invoice with updated information about the return shipment.
- Contact your local DHL office to collect the shipment. https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/contact-us.html
- Deliver the return shipment together with the proforma invoice to DHL when collecting the package.
- We charge you for the return fee of NOK 149 when we receive the package from you. This does not apply to complaints and exchanges within the cancellation period.
- If you don't have a printer, you can contact us on 21 89 62 45 or e-mail: kundeservice@evrywear.no so that we can send you a return slip.
- Once we have processed your return, you will receive your refund.
ERROR TRANSMISSION
If we have sent you the wrong item, you must contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you the correct item. Wrongly sent goods are returned in the same way as a normal return and are marked as wrongly sent on the return form.
COMPLAINT
If you have been unlucky enough to receive an item with damage, we ask you to contact us by e-mail with a photo and a detailed description of the damage within a reasonable time after the damage has been discovered, no later than two months after the damage has occurred.
Complaints about the goods are resolved in collaboration with the supplier and must therefore be returned. In order to receive a refund, it is important that the item is sent back so that we can quickly send you a new item/refund the amount. Complaints must be made no later than two years after the consumer took over the item.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received the item(s) in physical possession. For the right of withdrawal to apply, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.
