PRICES

All prices are stated including value added tax (VAT) and any import VAT (abroad). Excluding shipping.

PAYMENT
Card payment. Treated by DIBS.
When paying by card, the purchase price is deducted on the same day that the order is placed.
It is possible to pay with VISA and / or MasterCard. The total amount for the order is updated in the checkout.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


We offer the following shipping options:
Inland (Norway)
Standard letter post 5-8 days (without tracking), Norway Post, NOK 29. Only applies to purchases with a value below NOK 99.
Package in the letterbox 5-14 days (with tracking), MyPack Home Small PostNord, NOK 49.
Package delivered to the nearest collection point 5-14 days (with tracking), MyPack Collect PostNord, NOK 89.


Other countries


Standard letter post 5-10 days (without tracking), Norwegian Post, NOK 49. Only applies to purchases with a value below NOK 99.
DHL Express 3-6 days (with tracking), DHL, NOK 149 NOK
The orders are sent from us within 1 - 2 working days. Shipping time is added. Normal delivery time for the package is 5 - 14 working days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery time for our carriers.
If we do not deliver the item(s) within the agreed time, you have the right to cancel the purchase free of charge within 14 days. If the purchase is cancelled, we will refund the purchase amount (incl. shipping) within 14 days of receiving your inquiry. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

When using our return slip, there is NOK 69 in shipping for domestic purchases and NOK 149 in shipping for purchases abroad. Return shipping is not invoiced for exchanges within the cancellation period, or for complaints.


HOW TO RETURN?
EXCHANGE


If you choose to change the item to a different size or colour, we can do this easily. We change the size or color at the same price as the original order so that there is no new payment settlement.
We cannot exchange for intermediate goods, so if you want a more expensive item, please order this and we will refund your return. If the desired size is not available, you will be refunded for the item unless otherwise specified in the comments field on the return label. You can find the current assortment on our website.

RETURN - HOW TO DO IT


Norway
  • Fill in the cancellation form and state the reason for the return. Right of withdrawal form can be found here
  • Place the right of withdrawal form together with what you are returning. Feel free to reuse the packaging you received from us or use other tight packaging.
  • Print the return slip and attach it to the outside of the package. The return slip can be downloaded here
  • Use the return code: evrywear (lower case)
  • Deliver the package to the nearest PostNord delivery point (NOT Posten Norge). We charge you for the return fee of NOK 69 when we receive the package from you. This does not apply to complaints and exchanges within the cancellation period.
  • You can find an overview of the nearest PostNord delivery point here
  • If you don't have a printer, you can contact us on 21 89 62 45 or e-mail: kundeservice@evrywear.no so that we can send you a return slip.

Abroad

  • Fill in the cancellation form and state the reason for the return. Right of withdrawal form can be found here
  • Place the right of withdrawal form together with what you are returning. Feel free to reuse the packaging you received from us or use other tight packaging.
  • Attach the sent return slip to the package.
  • Fill in the attached proforma invoice with updated information about the return shipment.
  • Contact your local DHL office to collect the shipment. https://www.dhl.com/global-en/home/contact-us.html
  • Deliver the return shipment together with the proforma invoice to DHL when collecting the package.
  • We charge you for the return fee of NOK 149 when we receive the package from you. This does not apply to complaints and exchanges within the cancellation period.
  • Once we have processed your return, you will receive your refund.
ATTACK PERIOD


The Act only applies to consumer purchases. The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Cancellation Act § 15 first paragraph).


THE RIGHT OF APPEAL ACT

  • According to the right of withdrawal act, you have certain duties and responsibilities. We want this process to be as simple as possible for all parties within the provisions of the law, therefore you will find important excerpts from the Right of Cancellation Act below:
  • The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement (right of withdrawal) by notifying the seller within 14 days after the item has been received. (cf. Section 11 of the Right of Appeal Act)
  • The Act only applies to consumer purchases. The right of withdrawal cannot therefore be used by companies or others who have acted as part of commercial activities. (cf. Section 6 of the Right of Appeal Act, point e)
  • The right of withdrawal does not apply if the goods cannot be returned in the same condition and quantity, and damage or deterioration is due to negligence or a lack of care on the part of the consumer. (cf. the Right of Appeal Act § 12 point a)
  • The right of withdrawal cannot be applied to goods where the consumer has broken the seal. This applies to goods that are sealed.
  • The return costs are borne by the consumer (cf. the Right of Cancellation Act § 15 first paragraph).
